Destination Events Hawaii is a new specialty events and catering service that focuses on custom dining experiences using fresh, high quality local ingredients from their and nearby farms. Executive Event Director, Jen Vanderlaan with chefs Eric Sudeth and Ron Varr, combine 30 years to provide premium dining at locations on Kauai or anywhere in the Hawaiian Islands.
Their new specialty restaurant, Kitchen Table, is located on the Common Ground property in Kilauea. Kitchen Table is available for public and private culinary events, wine and corporate dinners, chef’s table experiences, customizable romantic picnic lunches and dinners, intimate dinners. The restaurant will be hosting a series of public events including Easter Brunch this Sunday, April 5, as well as all Sundays in April (reservations strongly encouraged).
A sample menu is listed below. Please note that the menu may reflect changes that highlight the freshest ingredients from local farmers and fisherman.
